1. TERMS OF USE

1.1 Agreement to Terms

If using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms. You agree to use our Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we may have unintentionally collected information about a child, please contact us immediately.

Connect computer systems Co. owns all intellectual property rights in our Products and Services. Using our Services doesn't grant you ownership. You may not use our intellectual property without our permission.

1.9 Your Use of the Services

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile our Services or their content without our consent.

1.10 Open-Source Components

Some parts of our Services may use open-source software. The use of this software is subject to its specific license terms.

1.11 Community Forums

Our forums are for discussing products and troubleshooting. Please avoid posting sensitive information like vulnerabilities or source code. 2C Co. reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

We may use this content to improve our Services and for marketing purposes. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your content. You agree to use the Services responsibly and not to connect any hardware devices or third-party services that could be dangerous or damaging. You may not:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior

• Jeopardize account security

• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts

• Compromise network security

• Send spam or malicious code

• Crawl, scrape, or spider the Services

• Copy or store significant portions of content

• Decompile or reverse engineer the Services

• Undertake any activity that harms the Services or other users

1.17 Content on the Services

1.18 Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that Connect Computer Systems Co. is not responsible for any risks associated with linking to third-party applications or services. These third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We encourage you to be aware of these agreements. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party organizations or individuals are solely between you and them. We are not liable for any losses or damages associated with such interactions.

1.19 Third-Party Sites

The Services may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. We cannot guarantee your satisfaction with purchases made from these sites. We strongly advise you to research before making transactions with third-party sites.

1.20 Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may delete your User Content when you stop using the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. If you transfer a Product to a new owner, your right to use the Services with respect to that Product terminates. The new owner will need to create a separate account to use the Services. We may terminate your account with or without notice, especially if it's necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

1.21 Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders. If we've already charged your account, we'll issue a credit. Additional terms may apply

1.22 Security

Your username and password are for personal use only. You're responsible for their security. We may monitor your account and require password changes. While we take security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection. You're responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized access. We're not liable for losses due to your failure to follow security guidelines.

1.23 Security Violations

You may not use the Services to compromise security or tamper with system resources. Using tools designed to compromise security (e.g., hacking tools or malware) is strictly prohibited. If you violate system security, we may share your information with system administrators, law enforcement, or government authorities to assist in resolving security incidents

1.24 Investigations

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms. We may gather information, suspend accounts, remove content, and take other corrective actions. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities. By accepting these Terms, you waive any claims against us related to our investigations and any actions taken as a result.

1.25 Disclaimer of Warranties

2C Co. makes no representations or warranties about the Services or any content within them. The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free nature of the Services. We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Services. Certain warranties may apply to specific 2C Co. products, but they do not apply to the Services generally.

1.26 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2C Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid for the Services in the past 12 months. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct

1.27 Risk of Loss and Insurance

You assume all risks associated with using the Services, including any losses or damages. 2C Co. is not an insurance provider. You are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage for all potential losses, damages, or expenses.

For goods purchased on the Services, the risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

1.28 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 2C Co. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms. If we receive a claim, we will notify you. Your failure to receive notice does not relieve you of your indemnification obligations.

1.29 Updates

We may update the Services and Product Software, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. We have no obligation to provide updates or maintain specific features. Your device may automatically download and install updates. You agree to promptly install updates to ensure proper operation of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Services or any features at any time.

1.30 Service Limitations

You acknowledge that the Services and Product Software may not be 100% reliable or available at all times. We may temporarily suspend the Services without notice for maintenance or other reasons. We do not guarantee specific uptime for the Services or Product Software

1.31 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations without your consent. Only parties to these Terms may enforce them.

1.32 Additional Terms for Mobile Apps

These additional terms apply to our mobile applications ("Apps") downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Apple/Google, Not Responsible: Apple/Google is not responsible for the App or its content.

• Your Device: You can only use the App on a device you own or control.

• Apple/Google Doesn't Provide Support: Apple/Google doesn't offer maintenance or support for the App.

• Warranties: If the App malfunctions, Apple/Google will only refund your purchase price, if any. 2C Co. is responsible for all other warranties.

• Responsibility: 2C Co., not Apple/Google, is responsible for: 

o Addressing claims related to the App.

o Defending intellectual property infringement claims.

• Restrictions: You may not use the App if you are subject to US government restrictions.

• Third-Party Terms: You agree to comply with any third-party terms applicable to the App.

• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple/Google is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and can enforce them against you.

(For Google Play Apps only):

• Google Functionality: The App may use Google functionalities. Information you provide may be shared with Google according to their Privacy Policy (link included).

1.33 Miscellaneous

You are responsible for all taxes and governmental fees related to your use of the Services. Failure to exercise a right under these Terms does not waive that right. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by these Terms. You have no authority to bind 2C Co. Except as specified for Apple and Android apps, there are no third-party beneficiaries under these Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.

1.34 Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes efficiently. Please contact us first if you have any issues. If we can't resolve the dispute, we'll provide information about alternative dispute resolution. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts, and Egyptian law will apply.

2. Improving Your Experience: The 2C Co. User Experience Improvement Program (UEIP)

At 2C Co., we're committed to providing you with the best possible user experience. To help us achieve this, we invite you to participate in our User Experience Improvement Program (UEIP).

1.36 What does participation involve?

By participating in the UEIP, you'll help us improve our products and services by sharing anonymous information about how you use our products. This information may include:

• General product information (device model, software version, etc.)

• How you use specific features and functions

• Your interaction with our products (e.g., clicks, taps, and screen time)

1.37 Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. The information we collect through the UEIP does not include any personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or email address.

1.38 How to Participate

You can choose to participate in the UEIP by enabling the "User Experience Improvement Program" setting in your device's settings. You can also opt out at any time by disabling this setting.
