Please note that Connect Computer Systems Co. operates from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and public holidays are considered non-working days for all employees of Connect Computer Systems Co. and our shipping partners.

Our primary goal is to provide you with an exceptional online shopping experience. To simplify your shipping process, we have streamlined our operations to prioritize your convenience.

At Connect Computer Systems Co., we strive to deliver your orders within a maximum of two to four business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on your location. To accommodate your schedule, we offer flexible delivery options, allowing you to choose a convenient time for delivery, whether it's during the day, week, or even month. For urgent orders, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team, and we will do our utmost to expedite the delivery process.

To confirm successful delivery, we will request your signature on a copy of the invoice upon receipt of your order. The order will be delivered to the registered address, and the signature of any individual at the address will be considered as proof of delivery. If no one is available to receive the order at the registered address, we kindly request you to contact our customer service team to schedule a convenient redelivery time. Please note that we are unable to attempt delivery more than twice. The company shall not be held responsible for any order that remains undelivered after seven days of the initial delivery attempt.

To ensure timely delivery, we process and ship in-stock orders within 5-7 business days. For custom-made orders, the fulfillment time varies based on individual production requirements. You can find specific production timelines for each custom-made item on its respective product description page.

Delivery Fess

The cost of delivery is determined by the product and your shipping address. This fee will be calculated at checkout. For special orders, a separate delivery charge will be quoted and added to your final order total.

• Business Days: Business days are defined as Saturday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Factors Affecting Delivery: Delivery times may be influenced by factors such as carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the specific items ordered.
• Separate Shipments: Products may be delivered in multiple shipments.
• Calculating Shipping Costs: To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page.
